Sprout
Gives you your evenings and nights back. Sprout locks the apps that keep you up at bedtime, then shows you from your own nights what that changes.
Meet Sprout →Tools that help humans flourish.
We're a Swiss studio turning good intentions into habits and repetitive work into automation, so the hours you get back go to what matters.
Most software is built to take your time. We build the opposite: tools that quietly hand it back.
Most of it leaks away quietly. An hour of scrolling nobody chose. The same report rebuilt by hand every Monday. The decision you make again every evening because nothing makes it for you.
We build tools that close those leaks. Some change a habit, so the right thing happens without willpower. Some automate a process, so the work does itself. Both end in the same place: time back for the things that make a life, or a business, flourish.
Fifteen years of software were built to keep people busy. We think the next fifteen should be judged by what they give back: hours, focus, calm, and room to grow.
We work in two arenas. Habits, for the time people lose to their phones and routines. Automation, for the time teams lose to work that repeats. Each tool is small, precise and built in Switzerland, and each one is measured by a single question: how much time does it give back?
Most apps count how long you stay. We count what you get back: the evening you didn't lose, the task that ran by itself, the decision you never had to make.
Willpower runs out by evening and good intentions by Friday. A good habit or a good automation doesn't. We design the right thing to happen by itself.
The word user makes you forget there's a person on the other end. We try not to forget. Privacy isn't a setting — it's the product.
Helping humans flourish with better habits, smart automation, deep focus, less busywork: more time, less effort.
Four constraints we hold ourselves to. Every feature passes through them before it asks for a second of anyone's time.
Engineered with the same precision Swiss companies bring to everything else they make.
We collect what a feature needs and nothing more. No ads, no data selling, ever.
If a task happens twice, it should run itself. People should only do the part only people can do.
If a button feels off, the work isn't done. Detail compounds; mediocrity does too.
Habits for the hours people lose to their phones and routines. Automation for the hours teams lose to work that repeats.
